大廳的香氛很香，不管什麼時間出門、回來員工都會跟你問好，早餐也很好吃，就算沒有需要整理房間，還是會給新毛巾替換，退房遇到房務人員也都很熱情的問候
空間比照片看到的還要小，雖然是本町站但離紅線的本町超遠🥲如果路線經常要搭紅線的可能要注意一下位置了

有免費下午茶和酒精飲料，而且會持續補，大多是甜食但吃久了其實也會膩。員工都很友善，也有提供簡單備品自取。以價格和環境來說，整體CP值蠻高的
雙床房的床間距太窄，但因為房間也不大所以可以理解。想攤開行李箱建議選大一點的房間

受付の方も施設自体にも清潔感があり、第一印象とても良かったです。お部屋も無臭に近い状態で、水周り（お風呂場も）がよく磨かれており綺麗なホテルです。
（当方2泊滞在）2泊分のタオルがすでに置かれていたので清掃依頼の札もタオル交換の札も出さずに日中外出していたのですが、入室し清掃までされていた痕跡あり。入室されない前提で他人には見られたくない下着類も並べている状態でしたので、若干の不快感と不信感がありました。 札なし＝清掃ありになるのであれば事前に説明いただきたかったです。もしくは何もしないで欲しいと伝わるような札も用意いただきたいです。
