Loft otimamente equipado, com móveis e utensílios conforme anunciado e de boa qualidade. Localização é boa, muito próximo à UFOP e ao centro de Mariana. Sem dificuldades para check-in.
Eu já havia me hospedado em outro loft do conjunto, e tive experiência positiva. Contudo, especificamente no Loft 02, parece haver uma infiltração que gera um odor desagradável em uma das paredes e, no espaço superior, havia um ar de mofo - que para minha condição de alguém que sofre de rinite foi realmente muito ruim. Além disto, a limpeza do piso deixou a desejar. Registro isto para que seja eventualmente sanado, para que a experiência seja mais satisfatória.

Cuidado e limpeza do local
A TV esta posicionada fora do centro e a cortina corta uma parte da tela. As configurações de uso da TV não estão no modo automático de TV aberta. Perdemos muito tempo para conseguir configurar o uso. O vizinho ao lado usava maconha e o cheiro chegou no hall de entrada e no nosso quarto.
