O flat é perfeito! A localização é excelente, o ambiente é super limpo e organizado, o local é silencioso e acomoda perfeitamente duas pessoas. Tudo oferecido pela casa está em excelente estado. O kit de cama estava limpo e cheiroso, sem contar que o colchão era ótimo. Uma das únicas casas em Mariana que não tive problemas com mofo.
Durante a noite o ralo da varanda fez barulhos de água, isso não incomodou a pessoa que estava comigo mas tive problemas pois tenho sono leve. Não foi nada que me gerou muito estresse.

A qualidade geral das instalações (móveis e utensílios, chuveiro, etc.) é excelente. A localização, próxima da UFOP e do centro de Mariana também é aspecto muito relevante.
Qualidade da limpeza do piso e cheiro forte de mofo - muito ruim para quem é alérgico.
