ZK luxury Villa

Good location: short walk into Murter and the best beach on the island. Very well equipped. Nice pool. Great views. Quiet. Secure. Modern.

Nice home in a convenient location. Washing machine was a useful amenity. Kitchen was well stocked with Tupperware, dishes, and other essentials. Pool was a great amenity. Very modern design and looks nice (only on the surface; see below)

Calling a ride share/Uber was very inconvenient and would often come to the street (Sajska ul.) above the home (as the home is located on a hill) instead of the actual street the home is on (Put Slanice). There was no back gate so this caused extra walking to the street below and frustrated drivers. The shower/wet room on the second floor flooded due to poor drainage and the floor’s slope. There also appeared to be a leak, causing water to run down the stairs and pool on the lower level. The cabinets in the bedroom first floor were not secured to the wall and would tip forward when opened, creating a potential safety hazard. The power on the first floor randomly went out toward the end of our stay, which was inconvenient. Some electrical outlets were loose and not properly secured to the wall, exposing wiring and creating a potential safety hazard. The bedrooms had poor ventilation even with the door and windows open, most of us would wake up in the heat of the night covered in sweat and out of breath.

das der pool direkt am abgrund liegt und somit ballspiele sehr gefährlich waren für denn ball das er auf die straße rollt usw sowie das einige putzgegenstände nicht funktionierten oder nicht existierten und gekauft werden mussten

Fab location, walkable to the beach. Great facilities including a kitchen, fridge, washing machine etc. the pool area and terrace were our favourite spots. We loved our stay.

Only things I’d note to be slightly better would be more seating around the pool and a spare key as there was 7 of us staying there but only 1 key between us.
