Fantastic place for a group of friends or family to stay - great location with variety of beaches close by - no more tha

The size and layout of the property was perfect for a group of friends - everyone loved the house and it was a great place for socialising especially with the kitchen window overlooking the patio area. Great sizes for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Danijela was a fantastic host and we really enjoyed the support and care from her.

Loved it!

Very nice, older house. Lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Spacious. Nice outdoor space and big garden. Ping-pong table in the back, and a decent-sized pool. Two fridges, a big freezer, water-cooler, very well equipped. AC in every room. Short walk to Slanica beach, and into town. Quiet location. Private parking for three cars, easy. Danijela, who met us at the house, was very nice and helpful. We had a great time here - would love to come again and stay longer than a week. Much longer.

Kitchen was a little older, but had everything we needed and more - it could do with an update, but it´s not a dealbreaker. The main door felt a bit old and could do with replacing. We NEVER felt unsafe though. We had some touble with the pool (due to very high temperatures), but that got taken care of quickly.

Perfect holiday house for large families.

The house is great and really well newly refurbished. A lot of nice details in the decoration and a lot of equipments. It was perfect for our 3 families. You can easily reach by foot the beach or any other area of the city. Edward's welcome was perfect, and we really appreciated the welcome gifts.

No air conditionning in one room out of 5. Everything else was perfect.

Danijela est très accueillante. La villa est très bien. Piscine chauffée et très agréable. Chambres très bien équipées. Salle de bains fonctionnelles. Juste une petite réserve sur la propreté de la vaisselle à disposition. Mais rien de très grave.

Les plages à proximité sont saturées en août , nous n’avons profité que de la piscine. Le prix est un peu élevé pour 5 nuits 3000€ pour 10 personnes. Nous espérions en louant profiter de la piscine et de la mer. Mission impossible en août. Sauf si on aime la foule et la proximité sur la plage. En comparaison à Dubrovnik - Zaton nous étions dans une villa 7 nuits avec accès direct à la plage où nous avions largement de quoi nous installer sans être monter sur les autres pour 2800€. Nous avons préféré.
