Exactly as pictured. Very clean and well laid out. Walking distance to restaurants and the event we were attending, although a bit remote from downtown Raleigh (a plus for us).
The double bed is on the small side and sandwiched in a corner. Hard for a couple. My husband had to wake me up and climb over me in the middle of the night.
Also, mosquitoes/nats were a problem. I returned home with 3-4 small bites. A bit annoying, but something we could deal with.

I liked the privacy of the house . I loved the washer and dryer
The dishes could have been washed better .. the window blinds were opened

There needs to be a table to eat on and chairs to sit at a table.
