Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village, Midtown and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh`s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is just minutes away, 10 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds and a quick 15 minute drive to RDU International Airport.
Guest acknowledges that use of the premises, including all amenities, furnishings, outdoor areas, stairs, decks, and parking areas, is at Guest’s own risk. Owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property or for any accident, injury, or death that occurs on or about the premises, except as required by North Carolina law. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner from any claims arising from Guest’s stay, except for damages caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This agreement is for a short-term lodging accommodation only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created or implied. Guest has no rights to possession beyond the agreed reservation period. Guest agrees to vacate the premises at checkout time without notice.
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of Guest’s occupancy or use of the premises, including the actions of Guest’s invitees or visitors.
Guest accepts the premises in its current condition. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary interruptions of utilities, internet, cable, HVAC, or amenities due to weather, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Owner’s control.

No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.
The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `baby proofing`
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times

Instructions simple to follow, place is cute, well located close to many restaurants and things to do, and host communication is great. There was a couple of small things like the blind being broken in the kitchen, the bedroom tv being finicky, and a blanket that wasn’t washed (due to some things out of the control of the host). Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend due to offered amenities and location.

Great neighborhood, easy street parking. Host, Midge was super responsive and helpful. Unit is homey and comfortable. Midge let us know that there was a TV issue, she came to fix, but we couldn’t solve it- no worries- I would definitely rebook.

The condo is in a cute neighborhood. It’s a 5 minute walk to bars/restaurants. The condo itself is exactly as listed and Midge is a great host! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the neighborhood and all the businesses within walking distance. Neighborhood has so many cute homes to walk by. Price we paid was very reasonable for the location, size and amenities. Owner was very responsive to communications. Downside of stay: we parked on the street as advised, but unfortunately it is a direct throughfare from the restaurants/bars and our rental car's side mirror was hit/broken by someone in the middle of the night and they didn't leave a note. Iron worked but falling apart and closets untidy. I agree with other reviewers that the apartment is due for overall freshening up and a deep clean in the bathroom. Also that the humidity issue has left the home smelling heavily like mold which did seep into our belongings temporarily.
