Nothing was enjoyable about this property.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! From the beginning, everything was wrong. The address given is to the front of the gated community, requires a further 15 min walk uphill and downhill to get to the actual property which was not told to us or listed on the booking (which was advertised as being advertised as being next to the bus stop). Definitely need a car when traveling in big groups due to baggage. When we got there, the previous guests were still there, and we were not able to check in until 6pm. When walking in, the house was still not clean, floors were sticky, ants and trash everywhere. Pool and outdoor areas were also not cleaned at all. The next day, the electricity stopped working, so the window shutters were stuck in the down position trapping heat inside, the AC was not working so it was dangerously hot, the hot water also stopped due to the electrical heater not working, and the wifi did not work. Given many of the shutters were down, there was minimal light given the lights were not working. This continued for the whole stay, and combined with the dirtiness and ants everywhere, made the property completely uninhabitable and our group had to stay at another property at our own expense. Property manager was notified of all these issues immediately (see pictures), but for our 4 night stay none of this was addressed. When detailing the above with their acknowledgement of these issues, refused to provide any sort of refund. As far as the property itself, the pictures on the listing are fraudulent. Exterior is dirty, facade of the building is chipping/cracking. There is only 1 shower, the rest are tubs with but with no curtains to stop water from getting everywhere when using the detachable head (water goes absolutely everywhere when trying use one). Have never written a review on Booking.com despite staying at multiple properties around the world.

In die Jahre gekommene Stadtvilla mit Unterhaltsdefiziten oberhalb der Autobahn mit extrem tollem, gut unterhaltenem Nat

Pool - genial! 🤩 Für ihr Alter ist die Villa eigentlich gut gebaut, aber wohl in der Vergangenheit extrem schlecht unterhalten worden. Die Vermieter (welche nicht die Eigentümer sind) sind extrem reaktiv und hilfsbereit, ebenso der Gärtner und der Unterhaltsmitarbeiter!!! - danke, Damien, Pascal und co.!! Aber ihnen scheinen (durch den Eigentümer?) die Hände gebunden, wenn es um Grundlegendes geht… Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn auch etwas ausserhalb und nahe an (oberhalb) der Autobahn. Dank (zum Glück 😜) extrem lauten Grillen waren die Autos aber kein Problem, weder in der Nacht noch am Tag. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität aber - man sieht der Villa ihre (ehemalige) Exklusivität, aber auch das Alter und die kalte Einrichtung ja an.

Küche extrem schlecht ausgestattet, Blenden kaputt, Schränke und Schubladen kaputt. Nicht genug Geschirr für 8 Personen (maximal mögliche Belegung), kaum Pfannen, Schüsseln etc., weder Rüstmesser noch sonstige Messer, nur ein einziges Schneidbrett, Gasherd war kaputt, Dampfabzug und Barbecue-Grill auch, ca 1/3 der Lampen funktionieren nicht. Schmutzige Waschmaschine und vorallem ekliger Tumbler, ungereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist generell lieblos und der Villa nicht angemessen, gesprungene Schrankspiegel, Lampenschirme fehlen (nackte Glühbirnen stattdessen). Etc. Nur 6 Gartenstühle (bei einer möglichen Belegung mit 8 Personen) und ein extrem wackeliger kleiner Gartentisch. wir hatten 10 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser (konnte nicht behoben werden), was aber bei Temperaturen von 30 Grad nicht extrem schlimm war. Es wird offensichtlich nur das unbedingt Notwendigste gemacht/repariert bzw. das, was ohne Beauftragung externer Handwerker machbar ist. Man müsste wohl das ganze Haus generalüberholen (Strom, Einbaumöbel, Küche, Wasser/Boiler etc.) Dank Damien&co., die uns unterstützten wo sie nur konnten (Küchenutensilien, und der Unterhaltsmitarbeiter tat sein Möglichstes) war das Ganze trotzdem erträglich (da sich unser Leben hauptsächlich am wunderschönen Pool abspielte)
