Lokal duży ale brudno i brak parkingu.
Lokal jest duży i w miarę przestronny
Potwierdzam wcześniejsze opinie: jest brudno, noga nie da się stanąć na podłogę. Skarpetki po kilku godzinach wyglądają jak po tygodniu. W tytule zawarto informacje o parkingu podziemnym przynależnym do budynku, w pytaniach też udzielano szczegółowych informacji na temat parkingu o to było kluczowe dla mnie jak rezerwowałam ten lokal. Dostałam e-maila 24 godz przed że jest remont i parking jest niedostępny. Ta informacji i tachanie kilka ulic walizek i opłata za parking skutecznie zepsuła mi tu pobyt.

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko. Z Monciaka na wysokości Douglasa w bok -150 m. Centrum Sopotu, a nie słychać gwaru miasta. Apartament czysty, przestronny, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Wysoki parter z roletami antywłamaniowymi Spanie bardzo wygodne. Komfort.
