Centrally located apartment in Madrid

Good sized apartment and good value for money. Kitchen was handy and apartment mostly well thought out. Washing machine/dryer was a bug plus. Enjoyed our stay.

Very noisy kids in the park playing and screaming until at least midnight to 1am every single night. The apartment was not sound proof at all. Really squeaky floorboards that you can’t avoid. Would wake your partner up every time you need to go to the toilet.

Central location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, traditional markets. All amenities included, the host was responding very quick to all questions.

The apartment is situated next to a park and it may be loud in the evening. However, this didn’t stop us having a good sleep.

es war alles sehr zufriedenstellend, gern wieder wenn wir in Madrid sind

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de muchas cosas a pie y tambien cerca del metro. El apartamento esta bien equipado, la lavadora/secadora es muy practica. Tambien tiene 2 aires acondicionados.

Muy ruidoso. El apartamento linda con una plaza donde los niños juegan a la pelota y dan pelotazos contra la pared y la proteccion de la ventana durante todo el dia y hasta entrada la noche (viernes, sabado y domingo a las 12 de la noche seguía habiendo mucha actividad). En la misma sintonia, las cortinas no dan la posibilidad de bloquear la luz del todo, con lo cual las otras ventanas que dan al patio interno del edificio se iluminan cada vez que alguien prende la luz. En una zona turistica/centrica, la luz se prende durante toda la noche por gente que entra y sale del edificio.
