Staff are very humble and supportive.
Timings of check in and check out was really troublesome as many people land in Mumbai through train or flight in the morning around 10 so if the timings are changed that might make some sense. I know the current timings are a part of marketing and pricing strategy. It's my opinion.

Its clean, near the train station, and the boys were nice
its not really a hotel, its set up as rooms in side the building, The first room was very small, we arrived very late so they did not think we were coming, but they moved us the next day, they were friendly and they got us a taxi the next day to the airport and helped with lugage

It is near the Mumbai central station and metro is very near, also it is easy to get cab to go and see things. Breakfast with omlet and coffee. Possible nearby to buy fruits and coffee. The hotel is small and clean. In my room was one big bed which took almost all the space and shower with toilet. No elevator, but they help with luggage. They helped with taxi to airport. Friendly staff.
It is near Mumbai central station so it is good and bad. The area is noisy and croudy but quite safe. I did not feel any discomfort. It is good place for its budget.

We stayed there for two days with family. The overall stay was good and hotel was clean and nice, beds were comfortable but we were disappointed with the room size and the wifi connection. The standard rooms were so small that we had to open our suitcase on beds. And for wifi they said it was connection problem with the service provider which is understandable but i am not sure about otherdays.
