- Beautiful modern house; everything looked new
- Everything worked well, also the heating (it was a cold weekend)
- Enough dishes and everything you need for cooking, Keurig machine and coffee, also some spices
- Nice backyard
There could be more furniture, like drawers in the bedrooms, and some more chairs.

It was a very clean and up dated home. Great location, easy access to restaurants, highways and shopping.
They could use a couple of more bar stools at the island to eat and play games.
