La amabilidad de Fermín y lo bonito y acogedor que era el apartamento. Todo perfecto 👌. Nos dejó detallitos como bombones y botellitas de agua. Es perfecto para una familia como nosotros que somos una pareja y una niña. La ubicación cerca de todo andando para disfrutar de Gijón.
Quizás el tema de aparcar, aunque a unos 500 metros más o menos y con paciencia encontrábamos fuera de la zona azul. Es algo que no tiene que ver con el apartamento, pero fue lo único que era algo más incómodo. Conseguimos aparcar sin pagar durante toda la estancia, solo hay que buscar un poco.

Todo fenomenal. Muy limpio y acogedor, con muebles nuevos y todo tipo de accesorios y electrodomésticos. Está en zona local, cerca de cafeterías y supermercados y de paradas de autobús. Puedes ir andando tanto a la playa de San Lorenzo como al casco antiguo.
