Fermín encantador! Buen contacto con éll y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que sea necesario. Apartamento precioso!! Muy cómodo todo, colchon estupendo! Se nota que está reformado hace poco y está todo muy bien cuidado. Volveremos! Ubicación fantástica!
Dificil aparcar. Tuvimos suerte de encontrar pero se nota que es zona que cuesta.

Un apartamento tecién reformado en el centro de Gijón, a un paso de todo y con servicios de proximidad. Los propietarios tanto Fermín como su tía, sumamente amables y pendientes de nosotros. Las camas muy cómodas, el aseo perfecto, la cocina con luz y preparada para su función (utensilios de todo tipo), y con sobresaliente por lo que respecta a la limpieza. A valorar detalles como las dos tv (una grandona), los paraguas de cortesía (en el Norte nunca se sabe) y un wifi potente.
Todo en esta vida es manifiestamente mejorable, pero no vale la pena entrar en detalles. El apartamento está muy bien.
