La casa estaba totalmente renovada y muy limpia. Muy cómoda y con buena ubicación.
Al ser un bajo, hay algo de ruido por las cañerías de los vecinos. Y la cama era un poco endeble.

The apartment is very central and for me it was very convenient, as I arrived in Gijón by bus and the bus station is less than 5 mins walk. Everything else is at walking distance. The apartment is very beautiful and super clean. It has a kitchen, fridge and washing machine. It is also optimal for 2 people and quite big for one. Joaquin was very kind and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Everything was perfect.
