The property is beautiful and spacious with a spectacular view!
The hosts are amazing are really care about your time on the island - lots of excellent recommendations and quick to help or answer any questions. The neighbourhood around is quiet and friendly with some great restaurants a short drive away.
We feel incredibly lucky we were able to book our stay here!

The house is beautiful and very large. Great balcony and huge kitchen. Easily comfortable for 3 couples on a vacation in Madeira. The value was very good but there were a couple of things that were frustrating for us. The listing describes the property as being close to the beach within a mile and a half. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood called Canhas, which is pretty but very high up in the valley and away from Punta do Sol. It is extremely steep and the roads here do not have walkways or paved sidewalks which makes it impossible to walk down to the beach safely. As a result of the location, having a rental car is absolutely essential. The other issue was the functionality of the hot tub. I booked this property because of the hot tub, so that we could soak our tired muscles in the evenings after a full of hiking in the mountains. However, throughout our 10 day stay, we could never get the hot tub working to a satisfactory temperature (never got over lukewarm) - despite leaving it on for 3 hours (as suggested by the host) Juan the host was very apologetic and said that he would need to hire an electrician to attend to the hot tub issue sometime in the future. Once they fix the hot tub and as long as you don’t expect to walk to the beach, the house and hosts are fantastic.

Limpieza e instalaciones. Muy cómoda. Cocina muy completa, colchones cómodos, toallas de sobra, mini gimnasio con cinta y bicicleta estática. Buenas vistas situado elevado sobre Ponta do Sol. Tranquilidad y silencio.
