Location is beautiful and quiet. The cottage is cozy and met all our needs. It was peaceful, and close to the inlet, and shops.
It was perfect for me and my daughter, and our Kelpie. We could go straight down to the dog friendly beach for a swim, come back and then head into town for a meal. Everything was accessible.
I am always mindful of B & Bs being in residential areas, so it vital to respect the people who live there, and the environment.
Just a little more attention to detail required. Surfaces were dusty, and the lawn was not mowed. However, that would not deter me from going there again.

Air conditioning was great. Very comfortable seating.
No microwave. Back lawn needed mowing. It was too long. Danger of snakes for our grandchildren when they visited. only one power point working near kettle was working. TV needs to be placed higher.

the backyard was great for the dog
Missing some home comforts. The property could be more comfortable. A more comfortable sofa setup would be good. L shaped couch so you can lay down and face the tv properly would be nice.
