Amazing for the price, clean, and convenient location

Sizeable room with own balcony and large bed!! (We were a couple). There was also a tv with netflix and a tiny coffee machine. The host was also very nice and accomodating; we arrived earlier and told the host, and he said we were welcome to come because the room was ready. The bnb was 1 minute away from the metro station Massaua (around 20 mins of metro from porta nuova station), which was so convenient! There's also a pharmacy right across. The shower was also very large and clean.

No elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor. The walls are quite thin, we could hear the alarm go off from the person in the other room, but we didn't really care haha. Your own room is right across another room, and in that same corrider there is a bathroom that is shared with that other room. Bathroom was super nice and clean, tho, and you can lock the door. The walls are quite thin, o you can hear when the other room is going outside or going to the bathroom so you can properly time it!

Really good room, really bad welcoming

All the room was really good and clean.

The owner doesn't leave you alone. During all of our stay, we received WhatsApp regularly. We didn't feel comfortable about that and couldn't be at our ease during one night. It could so much simple to do a single mail before end than spamming the visitors when they are here. Plus, all the informations weren't in the internationale language. They are a visitors' taxe to stay in Torino, it's not in the price and we have to pay it by cash. Of course, it was not written on the room description that we had to bring cash. So it's again things to take care of when you are in holidays. Why is the taxes not include in the main prices?

Fantastic place if you want to visit town or need a place to stay for a work trip.

The room was clean and exactly as depicted in the images- big bed, big shower, big rooms. The owner was very responsive via text (i used google translate as I don't have proper italian but regardless, he was very easy to communicate with). The wifi was indeed free and quite strong. The room had area for hanging up clothing (~3 hangers and 2 hooks) as well as shelves and other storage areas. The room also had air conditioning which (I believe) was controlled centrally and was appropriately lowered during the evening automatically. The apartment is right next to the Massua which provides a very quick ride into the middle of the city and the train stations. (I got to the train station within 15 minutes of checking out). Towels were provided as well as toilet paper and some, albeit limited, variety for shampoo / conditioner / soap. The shower is fantastic and spatious (no risk of having the bathroom flooded.. it was well built). There is a little convenience store just next to the apartment.. very convenient.

The immediate area around the apartment is a little dead but this is understandable for being on the relative outskirts of town. Note: not the area for nightlife, for that you go into the city.

Ottimo compromesso per una camera singola

Ottima posizione accanto alla metro Massaua. Zona ben servita da ristoranti, kebab, sushi, panetterie e gelaterie. Camera singola essenziale ma pulita. Letto morbido abbastanza comodo, ventola da soffitto, wifi ottimo, bagno in comune senza troppe pretese con asciugamani puliti e prodotti da bagno. In camera è anche presente un balconcino dove è possibile stendere i panni. Presente anche la lavatrice. Qualità-prezzo buona, visto anche il prezzo veramente basso rispetto alla zona. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Il balconcino viene giustamente usato da tutti gli ospiti (compreso il proprietario) per stendere i panni quindi è possibile che si richieda qualche favore per entrare in camera. Per me nessun problema però a qualcuno tale richiesta potrebbe risultare fastidiosa😅 Essendoci il bagno in comune ed essendo donna mi sono dovuta "organizzare" ma ad ogni modo consiglio questa camera come appoggio per non più di un paio di notti.

Struttura collocata in posizione strategica, praticamente sopra la fermata metro Massaua. Abbiamo soggiornato in un'ampia camera matrimoniale, dotata di TV (vi è Netflix), aria condizionata e balcone. Proprietario disponibile e gentile.

Assenza in camera di un minifrigo-bar. Il bagno in comune, ma lo sapevamo già.

La chambre est très propre et confortable. Très calme. Je recommande, un peu loin du centre mais accès métro en bas du bâtiment.

La climatisation ne marchait pas mais nous n'en avions pas besoin. Il y avait des lumières bleues sur le miroir que nous ne pouvions pas éteindre mais ce n'était pas très gênant.

Habitación recien reformada, moderna y limpia.

Almohadas de muy mala calidad, excesivo ruido de un compartimento en el interior de la habitación que suena repetidamente al tirar de la cadena de wc y al compartir baño, te despierta a cualquier hora, eso es lo peor sin duda.
