La situation proche d’une station de métro qui mène directement au Duomo et la proximité d’un parking . La présence d’une grande terrasse qui permet de prendre le petit-déjeuner ( il manque peut-être un store pour protéger du soleil matinal) , l’amabilité et le sourire de Maine très attentive aux hôtes.
Le manque d’espace pour prendre le petit-déjeuner à l’intérieur si 3 ou 4 chambres sont occupées.
