De locatie is fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht. Rust en ruimte. Meerdere terassen. Wandelen met de hond vanuit de tuin. Zwembad. Binnenruimte is prettig en zeer ruim. Fijne woonkamer en in de keuken ontbreekt niets. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt is aanwezig. Verrassend huis met veel ruimtes. De eigenaar is in de buurt en is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Spontane aankomst met verse tomaten, eieren, wijn en heerlijke olijfolie. Ik kan het huis aanbevelen!
Er is geen zonwering, (woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken) door de zon op de ramen loopt de temperatuur snel op. Er zijn geen ventilatoren in de slaapkamers, dat zou standaard aanwezig moeten zijn bij een huis in deze prijsklasse. Bij het zwembad een wespennest die veel overlast geeft. Maar ondanks deze gebreken hebben we genoten.
