L’accessibilité et la situation géographique : appartement proche du canal et du centre historique de Narbonne. La tranquillité : appartement qui se situe dans une résidence avec parking sécurisé. Certains équipements mis à disposition comme la machine à laver, par exemple.

Check-in facilissimo, la signora ci ha portato le chiavi e le abbiamo restituite la mattina dopo nella cassetta delle lettere. Comunicazione durante il nostro arrivo quasi istantanea, per cui ci siamo perfettamente coordinati. Appartamento molto simpatico, camera da letto matrimoniale e divano letto super-comodo. Eravamo in tre. Cucina perfettamente accessoriata. 8 minuti dal centro città. Assolutamente da consigliare. Ps. dimenticavo il parcheggio privato per le motociclette

La posizione è buona per girare altre località limitrofe, servizio vicini, centro vicino. Posto auto interno e riservato.
La pulizia non era come da aspettative, molti peli di animali, polvere in alcune parti, qualche ragnatela. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati 40° fuori e la temperatura dentro l'appartamento era molto elevata e non so respirava, ultimo piano troppo esposto al sole e troppo caldo.La doccia ha la tenda e non il box come nelle foto, poco confortevole e l'acqua schizza anche fuori.Condominio molto variegato tutto sommato tranquillo.
