Villa Petrea

Villa Petrea was in the perfect location. It is right near restaurants, the beach, and across the street from the supermarket. I had the larger room with bathroom and it was such a comfortable experience. I sank into the bed every evening. My friends enjoyed each of their rooms, but they had to share the bathroom which seemed to be fine. We were able to spend a little time on the terrace even though it rained each day while we were there. The apartment was very comfortable, and felt like home away from home. Terestella and Roberto were wonderful hosts. They shared the history of the house and gave a sweet tour of the house before we settled in. There was space for our rental car and great communication prior to our arrival. They also gave recommendations for places to eat and visit. The next time I visit Puerto Rico, I know where I'm staying.

The only thing I would share is that the water pressure in the kitchen sink is not strong, but that's island living. We made it work for the minimal dishes we used.

Property was spacious and central

The location was excellent. Close to the beach, Groceries and restaurants.

Amazing Host Roberto! Location couldn’t be better. Roberto lives onsite so getting keys was seamless. Couldn’t praise Roberto enough. We had everything we needed for our stay. Supermarket across the road and short walk to beach and bars. Lovely outside terrace upstairs, plus a lovely pool area downstairs.
