Enjoy our Luxurious Penthouse in Condado!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The apartment had recreational beach items for use such as chair, umbrella, toys. The kitchen was clean and large. Washer and Dryer was in the basement and worked well. I felt secure staying at the property. It was local to the main attractions and beach.

We checked into the penthouse late afternoon. It was very hot. We thought it was because of the AC not being on. After a few hours with it on, it was still very hot. We reached out to manager a few times and finally contacted the emergency phone number and spoke to a person. They gave us the code to enter into another apartment on a different floor. The AC worked in this apartment. However, it had one bathroom as opposed to the penthouse that had two bathrooms. It was inconvenient for our party of 6 to use one bathroom. Also the water pressure was not good. So it took longer to shower. There was no elevator. Parking was on the street and was limited. We had to circle around or idle to find a spot on returning after a long day. I saw cars get tickets daily. We ended up staying in the smaller apartment the entire time. They said the AC needed repairs in the penthouse. I saw a repair truck the last day of our stay. We were charged the price for the penthouse.

Great location. Roomy, lots of light. Very comfortable beds. Well appointed. Property Manager Randall was very responsive.

Nothing big. Would suggest providing toiletries.
