Mike's appartments

The house was 10 minutes from the center. Close to a beach beside the fact that we booked on March. Some provisions from the owner was nice. The bed was comfortable. A bed for child was provided.

The apartment was part of a housing complex and it was on the ground floor. The area was a bit dark and the 2 next apartments had clothes outside to dry. Regarding the parking and the wifi we learnt about them by asking the owner and not on some paper inside the apartment. The main door wasn't a security door and the windows had shades for the sun but with no effect in the morning. Regarding the heating the apartment had a small air condition inside the bedroom unable to heat the bathroom and the living room. The sofa was noisy and unstable. The apartment had been cleaned lightly and we bought cleaners to clean it again.

A lovely, well equipped apartment in an excellent location - a short walk to the beach and old town. Mike was a very communicative host. The apartment had everything we needed for our 9 night stay in Chania.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The apartment was very clean, perfectly equipped and comfortable. It even looks better than in the photos. The mattress is an excellent one, which to me is one of the most important aspects in any accommodation. The communication with the landlord was absolutely unproblematic and he was very supportive. The garden in front of the house is amazing and very quiet, a really nice place to relax. Last but not least, a big supermarket is very close (about a 3-minute walk) and the beach as well (around a 7-minute walk).
