Chania Capsule Stay

I had a really great stay at Chania Capsule Stay! ✨ The place is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, close to everything. But what really made the experience special was George, the owner. He is so kind, helpful, and always available whenever you need anything. 🙏 And here’s a little detail that really touched me: every evening, I noticed a pack of water bottles being left in the common area. I thought they belonged to one of the guests, but I eventually found out that it was actually kind George leaving them there for the guests, just in case someone needed water. It’s these little thoughtful gestures that make a stay truly special. Thank you, George, for your hospitality and kindness! I definitely recommend Chania Capsule Stay.

One small suggestion: it would be great to have a little area where guests could hang their towels and swimsuits to dry after coming back from the beach. 🌊☀️ It would make the stay even more convenient!

Absolutely fabulous little capsule. Seems brand new and the facilities 100% do the job. The owner is incredibly lovely and accommodating too!

I loved my stay at the hostel. Everything was perfect, starting from communication and flexibility with the host, George, to the little capsule which gives you just enough privacy, the clean bathroom, and a quiet location. The AC was great, more than necessary in the summer heat. George came by many times in a day to ensure everything is alright and have the hostel comfortable and clean for guests. Thank you so much for everything, George! Will definitely be back when I visit Chania again!

It is not a matter of not liking, but since the space is quite small it is a bit difficult to move around at times when there is a "traffic jam" on the corridor ☺️ however, this is due to making the space as secure as possible with multiple lockers and drawers.

Στα θετικά θα ξεχώριζα την ιδιωτικότητα που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα, την προσεγμένη και καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση, την άμεση και πρόθυμη ανταπόκριση του ιδιοκτήτη σε κάθε μας ερώτηση, καθώς και τους άφθονους και πρακτικούς χώρους αποθήκευσης, που έκαναν τη διαμονή πιο άνετη.

Δεν είναι αποδεκτό να μην παρέχονται κανονικά σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθήκες. Το διακοσμητικό κάλυμμα του μαξιλαριού δεν μπορεί να θεωρείται μαξιλαροθήκη, ούτε ένα σχετικά παχύ κουβερτάκι, ακατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινή χρήση, να χρησιμοποιείται ως σεντόνι. Επιπλέον, έχω σοβαρές αμφιβολίες ότι αυτά τα καλύμματα πλένονται μετά από κάθε αναχώρηση πελάτη, γεγονός που δημιουργεί εύλογες ανησυχίες για την υγιεινή. Τέλος, ο κλιματισμός ήταν μόλις επαρκής και δυσκολευόταν να διατηρήσει τον προσωπικό χώρο πραγματικά δροσερό.
