• The apartment was clean and generally comfortable.
• The location is excellent, especially being so close to Cairo International Airport.
• Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
• The check‑in process was quite frustrating. I had to wait a while before a staff member arrived to take us to the apartment, and despite completing the web form with our details and passport copies, I was still asked to take photos of our passports again. Later, another staff member requested the same information.
• There was no prayer mat or any indication of the Qiblah, and the main bathroom didn’t have hand‑wash soap.
• There was only one TV in the seating area, and the channel selection was very limited.
