Great location, clean, comfortable and very secure.
The agent was never there. No help with carrying lots of bags even when I was struggling to carry my luggage the people refused helping me.

بصراحه الشقه جداً نظيفه و مرتبه ، و واسعه وبها أدوات مطبخ ،وكل الخدمات متوفره ..
اشكر الأخت هدير و ملك على تعاونهم وحسن أخلاقهم، ومساعدتهم للنزيل بأحسن صوره.
لا يوجد مكتب للاستقبال ..وخصوصاً اذا كان وصولك للشقه في وقت متأخر ، الأمن يرفض دخولك للمبني ..ولازم حضور مندوب الحجز حتى يتم دخولك للشقه ، وهذا قد يستغرق وقت طويل حتى يصل المندوب ..انتظرت حوالي اكثر من ساعه حتى وصل لي المندوب وأنا خارج المبني مع شنط السفر ..من الساعه 11 م إلى 12 ونص بالليل .. مع العلم بأني مبلغهم قبل وصول بأيام..

On multiple occasions, I witnessed this individual using inappropriate language and directing insults at your employees in front of guests. This behavior is not aligned with the high standards of hospitality that your hotel upholds and could potentially impact the experience of guests.
I believe in the importance of constructive feedback, and I hope you will take this into consideration for the benefit of your team and future guests.
