Propreté. La literie et la décoration de la chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner salé/ sucré.
Au dernier minute , on me réclame la taxe de séjour ( 3€ quand même par nuit et par personne)sans que je sois informé au préalable. Heureusement que j’avais de la monnaie.

Localisation proche du centre historique à pieds.
L'hôte de cet hébergement n'est pas efficace et jamais présente, ne correspond que par whatsapp. La personne sur place ne parlait qu'italien, aucun moyen de communiquer même en anglais, semblait complètement dépassé par ses tâches. Petit déjeuner soit disant personnalisé avec choix de viennoiseries la veille qui n'a jamais été respecté ! et notre chambre qui n'a pas été faite un jour pendant notre séjour de 3 jours. services a améliorer !
