Real nice apartment. Very clean. Everything you need is there. Comfortable bed. Luxury bathroom. Separate toilet. Just a few minutes walk to the metro that brings you in a few stops to Duomo.

Struttura pulitissima, molto curata, situata non molto lontano dalla fermata della metropolitana, comunicazione con lo staff ottima, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato anche caffè e acqua in frigo.

Our recent stay was an absolute delight, made seamless from the moment we stepped off Bus 87 right at the station. Finding the property was incredibly easy. The owner greeted us personally in front of the building, offering a warm and genuine welcome, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional experience. Their communication throughout our booking and stay was consistently excellent, truly earning them an A+ rating as a host. We would readily recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay. While the exterior might present a slightly older facade from the street, stepping inside reveals a truly picture-perfect oasis. The property opens into a beautifully maintained garden, complete with tables and chairs, providing a charming setting for outdoor dining or simply enjoying a glass of wine. It's clear that a great deal of thought has gone into creating this inviting outdoor living space. Inside, the property continues to impress with its cleanliness and spaciousness. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, promising a truly restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the inclusion of basic amenities like olive oil and salt, which were very helpful. A small suggestion for an even more perfect experience would be to add pepper to the list of provided essentials.

For coffee-holics, the supply of coffee pods is a perpetual concern; driving a consistent internal plea for a more generous allotment, luckily a well-regarded coffee shop sits conveniently just across the street, offering a robust second option whenever the pod stash inevitably runs dry. Shifting from matters of caffeine to those of comfort, the only other pressing adjustment for a daily routine involves better light/sound control in the bedroom at night. An installation of a proper roll-down shutter in front of the window, an item we believe the owner is already actively addressing, evidenced by the recently installed power switches—a promising sign that a long, dark night’s sleep is refreshingly close at hand.

La struttura è modernissima e dotata di tutto l’essenziale: cucina equipaggiata con macchina del caffè, casse, wifi veloce, un grande armadio, un fantastico proiettore per vedere film e serie tv, e poi la chicca della casa: una sala relax dotata di una spaziosissima sauna, doccia e divano per rilassarsi. Molto bello anche lo spazio esterno per nella terrazza/giardino con tavolo e sedie per fare colazione o pranzare all’aperto. Nonostante si trovi in una zona molto vivace e animata la casa è molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ben servita dai mezzi e vicina a tutti i servizi essenziali.
