Location fairly central. Security is fine. Place is not loud and parking was easy. The place is functionally fine and have a good 2 bedroom with separate bathroom separation. It can work for a 2 + 2 accommodation also.
The utilities and facilities were scarce. Just 1 drinking glass for water f.ex.

The area, as it was close to everything and that was a plus point . The facility from the outside was clean and tidy. The unit inside was also clean.
I despised the cockroaches. It was done for a few days after the gentleman used the help, but came out again the day before our departure. I suggest to use something stronger like fogger or something else when the place is not occupied and on a regular basis. The curtains can definitely be shortened. I've also noticed there was no strainer for the rice.
