I liked the security and safety of the area and the apartment. The view from the apartment is to die for!!

The host is very hands-on and communicates so well.The place is clean and also the environment has nearby stores which makes things easier

The hosts are super responsive but what good does that do if the product offering is subpar. Security guards take their job very serious.

The photos are misleading. The apartment I stayed in was 100% not the one pictured. Completely differently floor, no balcony, similar but different furniture, and definitely not clean. The only thing similar there is the building but it was not the same unit at all. I would not mind it if at least the unit I got was of same quality and cleanliness of the one pictured, but the difference is night and day. The building is also just not nice. It is just poor quality and had me just disappointed as soon as we pulled in. I was expecting a clean place and it is just run down. Maybe its me not knowing the area since I was just there for work, but again from the photos the place looks decent. Also a noisy complex. There was a random person just revving their car at 11pm. Granted security promptly went in to intervene but it still happened. The apartment was stuffy, the cutlery is old and utensils are old. The sofa is hard and falling apart. There is no cushioning at all. It is basically a bench with a little bit of fluff on it. There was just random things in the space. Plastics, buckets, bags, just items that made it clear someone stays here regularly and all they did was just quickly try and clean up any sort of indicator of their presence just before we came. There are 2 locks where you collect your keys from outside the apartment. Why? It made me nervous that there is a second set of keys that another person can easily get to when I leave. Perhaps the other lock is for the other apartment in the building that we see on the photos? There was blood on the sheets. They tried to cover it up by placing another set of sheets on top, but we noticed it when trying to tidy up before check out which was so disheartening. Then there was no hot water at all. Then the water just completely ran out when I finally decided to bath in the cold. I messaged and was advised to use the water in one of the random in the toilet to wash.
