Pool might have been shared with the Penzion but this is not clear on the listing. Luckily they did not show. The bedroom has two areas and is huge. However there’s no privacy between the two ends of the room. There is an unused sun room between the house and the pool which feels a bit odd.

Comfort, locatie (gelegen in vallei met veel wildlife), rust, goede airconditioning, uitzicht, zwembad, hygiene.
Moeilijk te vinden locatie vanwege meerdere gelijknamige locaties: Alta vista, Alta penzion, Alta peak house.

It was close to Sequoia. I didn’t realise when booking but it’s the whole house, so lots of space. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer!
There could be a sign directing to the drive as it was v unclear where the house was. There are two properties. The pool is not heated!!
