It was very cute and private
The chlorine in the hot tub was way to much. Burnt our eyes , I appreciate there being some in there but I think they dumped way to much in there.

Location, seclusion and close access to many trails. It was cozy and intimate. We would definitely stay again. We loved the guest books, too! We hope to stay again in cooler weather and utilize the fire pit. We even got to bird watch off the back deck a bit and it was really great. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and have coffee. Aside from having trouble checking in with family because of spotty wifi, it was actually super nice not having signal or access to the "outside world". It was just what we needed.
The hot tub was nice, but it's so strongly chlorinated that it actually caused some skin burning and irritation for us. We ended up not using it much after the first night.
The wifi was also pretty unreliable which made checking in with family difficult. The landline doesn't appear to actually work as well. There are TV remotes and pages in the binder that seem to be very out of date and it was a little confusing at first, but that was definitely not a big deal at all.

Location and cabin were great...beds were comfy
Detailed cleaning need improvement...the oven heated up but shut off at some point while baked potatoes...front door shuts rough and deadbolt doesnt latch and unlatch correctly enless u yank the door closed and back door bottom latch is broke and makes back door stick...used sink sprayer the first night and was stuck ever since... hot tub was at 101 when got there and after first use went to 96 for rest of stay
