There was enough room you didn’t bump into each other. But you could enjoy watching TV as a family.
The Lawn was a little overgrown. The hedges need to be trimmed down to walk from the driveway to front door. Each time I felt the they was pushing me off the walkway. The handrail at the front door was really loose. I am use a cane so I needed those hand rails. The bathroom Tub watering faucet is coming away from the walk, that needs attention ASAP.

It was indeed cozy as stated in title. The location was also convenient.
House was very cold when we arrived and it took a while to warm up.
