communication before arrival, self check-in, doors on code, free parking lot in front of building, communication and help with the CCTV footage of a car crashing into me in the parking lot, great shower

noise during the nigh - close to busy road with trucks and not soundproof window, too much of plug-in air freshener and reed diffuser, there is a wooden creaking staircase on the floor you can hear the noise from both 4 rooms and the staircase, blue Polish car hit my car overnight in the parking lot in front of the accommodation, towels that don’t absorb water, they just feel nice

One of the best hosts I have ever seen!

Amazing experience. Booked at around 23:30 for the night to sleep while was on the road. The owner was extremely fast and helpful, provided all the information about the accommodation as well as stayed on phone call with me twice to provide a support late at night. The accommodation itself is super clean, quite large, facilities and new and clean. A lot of useful things inside the room. Parking area is big. Overall a very very great experience!

The mattress was a bit stiff, but it did not matter.

Betaalbaar, basic verblijf dat voldeed aan mijn noden.

De prijs was schappelijk. De aankleding van de kamer in het thema van Bertha de koe was leuk. Al heb ik er uiteindelijk géén gebruik van gemaakt: er is heel wat aanwezig in de kamer (frigo, kooktoestel,..). Dat ik kon binnenkomen op het moment dat het me paste via een toegangscode was ook wel handig.

Ik had verwacht dat een host eens ging langskomen om dag te zeggen. Het is ook een vrij lawaaierige omgeving naast de grote baan. Spijtig dat er géén (minimaal) ontbijt mogelijk was. De gemeenschappelijke douche ruimte rook wat muf omdat het raam wellicht niet door alle gasten wordt opengezet.

Was geen b&b maar een kamer zonder douche en wc op de 1e verdieping aan een drukke weg

Voor een kort verblijf geschikt, maar is meer bedoeld als verblijfplaats voor gastarbeiders.

Het voldeed als overnachting. Redelijk goedkope overnachting. Beheerder heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Het scherm voor het raam was kapot waardoor je 's nachts steeds de autolampen van auto's voorbij zag komen van de drukke weg waarlangs de accommodatie ligt. Niet zo gezellig.

Redelijk

Het was enkel een kamer. Het stond tussen de b en b maar het is geen b en b. Want er was geen ontbijt niets. Wij waren ook op niets voorzien.

Dat we dachten een b en b te hebben gereserveerd, maar het bleek een gewone kamer te zijn zonder iets om te eten. We hebben toch ons plan getrokken. We hebben goed geslapen

Prijs/kwaliteit zeer prima

Hygiëne 👍 en tijdens onze afwezigheid na nacht 1 waren de bedden terug opgemaakt om onze 2de nacht door te brengen.

Toilet is beneden via stijle trap terwijl de slaapkamer op het eerste verdiep is (niet handig ivm nachtelijke plas) en het verduisteringsgordijn in de kamer was stuk.
