Private Paradise Resort

If you are looking for a luxury experience, this wont be for you. However if you are realistic about the area and looking for a comfortable place to spend some time this could fit the bill. I was in a mountain view room and the bed and bedding were fantastic. Very, very comfortable. Good supportive pillows, very clean good quality sheets. Tbh I was very surprised, the bed was hands down so much better than some offered in more expensive premium hotels. Honestly can't praise this bed enough! Air conditioner worked well, good clean fridge with icebox and decent tv. Shower was adequate although shower room could do with a freshen up coat of paint ( not a massive issue but would improve look). Free bottled water given everyday of stay. ALL the staff were lovely. Kind, friendly and helpful. Could not fault them in any way. Views out to sea were beautiful, views of large tanks behind certain rooms.....not so much. Best rooms were definitely those at the top of the hill with the sea views. If I stayed again, I'd want one of those next time, depending on cost. There's a peacock and a few peahens that roam the property. The male visited me and sat on my balcony railing before hopping down and toddling off down the steps as if he was doing the rounds as security. Beautiful bird and so lovely to see close up. You wouldn't experience that in a city centre hotel!

I write this as a 60+ female from the UK who doesn't travel a great deal. I have no doubt my feelings will be different to a 30 year old back packer so please take that into account. 🙂 I struggled with the amount of wildlife that wanted to share my room. It's par for the course with this area (I'm sure this resort is no worse than others) but I had to go buy a few tins of mozzie spray before I could settle. As did the rest of my group who were in other rooms nearby. We were also surrounded by geckos which were more scared of us than we were of them but there was always the thought that I'd wake up to one on my pillow staring at me. 🙄 SUGGESTIONS: A mosquito net hung over the bed from the ceiling would have made all the difference. Both for protection against the flying beasties AND peace of mind with regard to any potential gecko visitors. (I saw this offered in other places but I didn't realise how useful it would be.) Also a small bedside lamp would have been good instead of having to use the main lights at night. Small things but they would have made the stay better for me personally.

Great views, basic needs with all you need

Wszystko! Przemiła obsługa, super śniadania, widok na zachód słońca, czystość, cisza i spokój.. blisko centrum. Codziennie przylatywały do nas pawie. Nasza podróż dzięki temu miejscu była wyjątkowa. Pozdrawiamy i do zobaczenia za rok !

+ schöner Ausblick aufs Meer Bungalow P2 (ab 14:00 in der prallen Sonne) + saubere Zimmer, jeden Tag gereinigt + freundliches Personal + es gab Frühstück + würde die unteren Bungalows bevorzugen. Denke ist ruhiger und mann kann besser auf der Veranda verweilen

- Hühnerfarm direkt neben den oberen Bungalows, ab 6:00 wird gekräht - Manchmal komischer Geruch aus dem Bad - Dusche ohne Vorhang, eigentlich nicht so ein Problem, nur war hier die Dusche vorne im Bad.
