Ein toller Neubau mit sehr moderner Zimmergestaltung! Die ruhige Lage im Gewerbegebiet sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf, und dank der Nähe zu Warnemünde ist man trotzdem blitzschnell am Strand.
Abstriche gab es bei den Details: Die Zimmertür lässt Geräusche vom Flur recht laut durch, und im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers fehlt ein Spot für die Gepäckablage. Bei Sonnenschein heizte sich der Raum zudem ohne Außenverschattung stark auf.

Die Parkplätze für die PKWs waren recht großzügig
Unser Zimmer mit der Nr.13 war heftigst am stinken!!! Wir mussten erst einmal überall Wasser laufen lassen, Siphons voll laufen lassen und 15min quer lüften!!! Das war mehr als ungenügend…! Im Flur, Treppenhaus und an den Außenanlagen war die handwerklichen Arbeiten nicht vollständig oder nur ungenügend abgeschlossen….! Wir würden hier NICHT mehr übernachten…!!!
