Wir hatten die beiden App. 4 + 5 und waren mit 5 Leuten vor Ort , wir hätten uns auf einen großen oder zusätzlichen Kühlschrank gefreut , leider hat der kleine Kühlschrank im App. 5 nicht funktioniert und der Juli war sehr heiß

The facility was in general in good condition, the apartment is spacious and with good natural light, equiped with all kitchen appliances and comfortable for a family stay. The windows are nice but needs to be further cleaned.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We arrived at 4:30 pm, after the check-in time (3pm), but the apartment was still being cleaned and we had to wait another 15 minutes. More seriously, one of the two keys provided did not work, leaving half of the apartment without electricity for almost 3 hours. Despite contacting assistance several times, we were repeatedly told to wait, and a replacement key was only provided after 7:30 pm. We were eventually told to collect it from a cardboard box downstairs, which did not feel safe or professional. We had also requested a crib for our 6-month-old daughter, but it was not prepared. The crib eventually provided could not be properly installed, so we could not use it. Throughout the whole situation, there was no apology or even a simple follow-up to check whether everything was okay. The lack of preparation and particularly the poor assistance significantly affected our stay.
