Friendly Staff. Regular Cleaning included in the price. Around 20 minute walk to public markets and a real supermarket. The pool is the cleanest i saw here, they regularly clean it. Pool water is very cool. The AC is working well, split type and does not smell (there are many foul smelling ACs in Philippines^^). Staff refills everything when cleaning. Computer chair is good enough. Feels spacious, due to no unessesary stuff cluttering space - i like that. Almost no pest. In a month i saw maybe 2-3 roaches. For manila thats almost perfect. For the price it was a bit too run down (more details below), but still not too expensive. A decent deal for a monthly rate. For the daily rate of 2500 they ask its a meh deal.

Mind, that i got another unit, then booked, so the review is not for 3322. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling . There is no fan in the bathroom to remove moisty air. The mold is there for longer time, they just paint over it and tell you "we will fix it after you left" (and then probably paint over it again. i insisted to tell the manager that the bathroom needs working exhaust fan). Without the fan the bathroom will never dry, when you shower daily. As long as there is no fan, i had to air the room by opening the units door and the balcony door together to create airflow. Which is very inconveniant! When u use the washing machine, it swamps the whole bathroom, if you dont place the hosepipe strategically. Also the matress is very hard, the hardest i ever experienced, appearantly the chinese customers prefere that. My back hurted there. The street is SUPER noisy. Like imagine a starting airplane. They fly by close. Then imagine a fully loaded dump truck, that drives up a bridge. Theese trucks are so loud, that you can not hear the plane anymore. They drive full power up the bridge, because they barely make it, day and night. Its absurdely loud, even with closed windows. If you rent 3322, then not let you give them a unit lower down. And especially dont let them give a unit on the pool (bridge) side. Soundwaves decrease in strongness by distance squared. So every metre away from that noisy brige counts. The flooring is on the end of its lifecycle, and even after cleaning it had dirt in its joints, that comes out when walking over it and spreading everywhere. So floor was kinda dirty always, even when they did a overall good job when cleaning. The kitchen equipment is the cheapest and very few. Like a butter knife costs 20 peso in the local market, a can opener like 70 peso, and some other cooking tools would be very nice to have.

Clean, safe and accessible to everything. It has wifi connection. We are in 25th floor and I love the view specially at night, it’s romantic.
