Perfekte Lage für uns, durch Wald und Wiesen mit dem Hund zur Elbe. Mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür direkt bis ins Zentrum. Ruhig, sauber, ordentlich. Gediegene, dem Gründerzeit-Haus angemessene Einrichtung. Viel Platz im Zimmer. Ein paar Stufen runter, Souterrain, mit vergitterten Fenstern, aber das wußte ich vorher. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus an der Straße, hübsche Wohngegend.
Irritation, weil Booking.com sagt, daß alle Steuern und Gebühren enthalten waren, auch die Übernachtungssteuer, aber die Übernachtungssteuer wurde vor Ort trotzdem noch erhoben. Das war in einem anderen Quartier auch. Vielleicht ein generelles Problem der Preisgestaltung.

The location is great. There are a couple of trams right in frong and there is a park at a 2 minute walk which was excellent for our dog. I would recommend this place if you have a dog who loves to play in the green.
The accommodation is in the basement, so there is a limited view from the windows, and the room feels not so bright. The internet was also weak, so we had to find the right spots.
