Staff was very understanding and met with all our requests . Also the location is very convenient as its quite near to railway station and passport seva kendra as well.

Personnel tres bien, chambre super et excellent restaurant
Enormes problèmes de connexion avec un wi fi pourtant non sécurisé. Connexions ouvertes simplement pour 24h - et avec de nombreuses tentatives infructueuses ( avec pourtant l’aide du personnel!).
Très bon restaurant mais attente interminable( compter 40 mn dans une salle pourtant quasi vide).
Mesquinerie inappropriée dans un établissement de ce style qui facture l’eau minérale au petit déjeuner

Nice room with a cozy ambiance. Good service, friendly staff.
The bathroom was not well cleaned, the room was very noisy. Bad hygiene in the kitchen. While telling the food contains no allergen, I got a bad allergic reaction by eating it and my partner suffered from food poisoning after having breakfast there.
