Very clean apartment in Kozani centre

The accommodation was more than a room; it was a small apartment (room with a kitchenette including fridge, oven, coffee machine, and bathroom with washing machine). It looked recently renovated and was impeccably clean. The table included small snacks for breakfast, and there was water in the fridge, which was a very welcome surprise, as I entered the room around midnight. The view was great, though I stayed too short to enjoy it. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walking distance from Kozani centre. The neighbourhood was quiet. Picking up the keys from the lock box was easy. Communication with the hosts was direct and helpful.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building (4th floor), but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. So, there were several steps to climb both on the ground floor (from the main entrance to the elevator) and from the 3rd to the 4th floor. As my travel was to multiple destinations and I had heavy work equipment, climbing up and down carrying the luggage was an unpleasant surprise. I strongly suggest that the hosts update the description of the room with information about the lack of a direct elevator to the room. During the night, the heating went on and off, and the radiator would fill up with water on and again, many times, making it hard to sleep (I am a relaxed sleeper, but during my one-night stay, I woke up at least 5-6 times from the radiator noise).

To Kozani Studio αποτελεί πραγματικά σπάνια περίπτωση ιδιαίτερα συμφέρουσας short-term διαμονής για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες ή ζευγάρια. Οφείλω να αναγνωρίσω ότι δεν περίμενα να βρω 2κλινο δωμάτιο στην Ελλάδα του 2025, σε αστική περιοχή, με κόστος διανυκτέρευσης περίπου 40Ε/βράδυ και μάλιστα σε δημοφιλείς ημερομηνίες για ταξίδια!! Στα πλεονεκτήματα του καταλύματος συγκαταλέγεται επίσης ο πραγματικά πλούσιος εξοπλισμός (αντίστοιχος δωματίου ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων, αν όχι υπέρτερος!) και η εξαιρετική καθαριότητα. Συγχαρητήρια στον. κ. Σταύρο για την αξιέπαινη προσπάθεια. Αναμφίβολα θα προτιμήσω το κατάλυμα εκ νέου.

Ελπιζω η κακη μου κριτικη για το καταλυμα να μην σβηστει μηπως και γλιτωσω καποιους απο μελλοντικη ταλαιπωρια. Αν διαβασετε τις κακες κριτικες ειναι ολοκληρωτικα αληθης. Πολλα απ οσα διαβασα συνεβησαν σε μενα σε διαστημα μιας μονο ημερας. Δε μπορεσα να κατσω παραπανω... Απ τα χειροτερα καταλυματα που εχω επισκεφτει.
