Orbi City Seafront Luxury Stay

L'emplacement était top, le studio était bien avec une belle vue sur la plage. Une machine à laver est à notre disposition...

L'appart nécessite un gros coup de ménage pour enlever la poussière entre matelas et cadre du matelas et quelques taches par ci par la mais dans sa globalité la propreté était Ok... par contre un rouleau de PQ pour tout le séjour je trouve cela moyen, l'étendoir était cassé, pas de micro onde a part une bouilloire... aussi dommage qu'il n'y a pas de services de bagagerie à part celui de l'immeuble qui compte 15 GEL par valise... bon plan si on doit laisser les valises toute la journée mais trop cher pour juste 1h le temps d'aller manger un bout

Я много раз жил во всех корпусах Orbi и номера там везде плюс минус одинаковые, разница только в этаже, цене и состоянии. Здесь мы жили на 6 этаже, вида из окна особого нет, но зато быстрее подниматься/спускаться в сезон. Состояние номера соответствует цене.

Всё соответствовало ожиданиям, кто был в Орби сити, тот поймет). В самой студии было все рабочее, мелкие недочёты хозяин апартаментов готов исправить, всегда на связи, доброжелательный и порядочный человек. Оценка - честная четвёрка!

Great Value: Very affordable since I visited in April (off-season). Room Condition: The room was relatively clean and located on a high floor with a wonderful view. Facilities: It was well-equipped with a good set of tableware. Wifi was enough. Location: Excellent access to local attractions and transport.

Unprofessional Staff & Payment: They only accept cash, yet they weren't prepared with change. I was told the change would be returned later, but it was never refunded. While the amount wasn't huge, it was very unprofessional. ​Check-in Nightmare: The instructions provided beforehand were completely different from the actual process. ​The guide said to just go to the lobby, but you actually need a room number to even get in. ​I had to send a photo of my passport, which was not mentioned on Booking.com. ​Since Orbit Hotel has multiple buildings, you must ask exactly which one you are staying in beforehand, or you won't even reach the lobby. If you will stay here, I highly recommend you that you contact the staff at least a few hours before your arrival, or you will need to wait until they reply. ​Cleanliness & Amenities: There was black mold on the shower floor. Also, while tableware is provided, there was no sponge or dish soap to wash them with. ​Room Environment: The curtains are very thin. The lights from the neighboring building made the room bright at night.
