MISLEADING LISTING/ VERY UNHYGIENIC / DECEPTIVE AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS/ TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!

FIRST OF ALL- I BOOKED THIS PROPERTY DUE TO THE RATINGS AND VERY GOOD REVIEW IN BOOKING.COM TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE!! key points: Misleading Advertisement: - The original booking clearly stated an apartment with 8 beds and showcased attractive, well-maintained interiors in the listing photos. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different unit that had only 2 beds and did not resemble the pictures in any way. They did called me 2 days prior to inform that there was an issue with the original booking and they had to replace the unit. But I have specifically mentioned that we are 6 people! Inadequate and Unsanitary Setup: - We were a group of 6 people, and the apartment was shockingly unprepared to accommodate us. The unit had only 2 king-size beds, 2 bath towels, and no extra clean beddings or comforters. The L-shaped sofa provided was filthy, and all supposed spare bed sheets found in the cabinets were dirty and unusable. To make things worse, the cabinet interior was also stained with smudges of a brown, mud-like substance. Poor Hygiene and Cleanliness: = The countertops and surfaces were covered in dust and had glass stain rings indicating no proper cleaning had been done before our arrival. - Although the beds appeared neatly arranged, they were itchy and clearly not cleaned. The dishwashing sponge was disgustingly used and should have been discarded long ago. = On the surface, the apartment seemed okay — but the moment we touched anything, the lack of basic hygiene was obvious and concerning. Due to the severely unhygienic and deceptive condition of the apartment, we made the decision to leave the property the same evening. We arrived at 7:30 PM and left by 11:00 PM, returning to Dubai late at night out of sheer frustration and discomfort. On top of that, I have tried several times to communicate and ask for a full refund to the property management but they refused to do so!

Most beautiful short term stay in Ajman and highly recommended

Beachfront property with breathtaking seaview from every corner of the apartment all grocery and restaurants and medical needs are in the vicinity of the building there are lots of beach activities and swimming pool gym and sauna is available, host is welcoming and helpful

الاطلالة على البحر الانشطة الترفيه في قرب الحي و يحتاج بعض تركيز على الارضية وأيضا وتنظيم و تنسيق شقة بوضع بعض مجسمات الاشجار أو لوحة على حائط متابعة بعض حنفيات دورة مياة

الاثاث من نجاح قبل لكسر مع وجود أطفال أتنمى أستبداله

Квартира чистая и аккуратная. Потрясающий вид на море и всю квартиру с отличной мебелью Фантастическое расположение с множеством супермаркетов и ресторанов поблизости. Наше пребывание было очень комфортным и уютным с первоклассными удобствами, такими как олимпийский бассейн, тренажерный зал, джакузи и сауна. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Great location with poor staff, be careful

Great location, beachfront area, many shops and cafes right in this building

Персонал плохо общается по Английски, очень сложные коммуникации, квартира была другая, на та, что бронировали по картинкам, мало посуды. Очень сложно было добиться чего еще, даже полотенца и постельное белье принесли на третий день!!! Отличное месторасположение, но персонал испортил впечатление.
