Apartment details on booking.com mentioned there is 2 large double bed in room 2, but there is only 1 - Also it did mention the bed in room 1 is extra large double bed, but it's the normal large double bed similar to the one in room 2. -In facility details mentioned there is non of these items available (Children's high chair, Coffee machine, Toaster, Tumble dryer, Electric kettle, Dishwasher, Bathrobe, Hair dryer) - We couldn't sleep last night because of the mosquitoes. -The apartment needs to much of maintenance work - After raising all these concerns to the host at 7am on the 16th he sent one of his employees to the apartement offering to clean the apartment and to continue the stay then he will pay me 200 AED during the check-out provided I rate the stay as exceptional, obviously I rejected and insisted for a full refund because of breach of contract (Property didn't match listed description in Booking.com), so he said he will do a full refund if I check out immediately, I did that as there is no way we can stay another night in such filthy place and to bear additional mosquitoe bites, but the owner didn't keep his word, finally he deducted the night I stayed and refunded balance amount. Attached photos will tell how this property looks, by the way this apartment is far better than the initial appartement was given on arrival, which they have changed it within an hour of arrival due to it's filthy condition. Another concern is on the 17th at 10:01 I received a mail stating that I have reviewd this stay and gave them Exceptional !!!!, I was shocked with that and had to contact Booking.com for editing this review and try to understand how the initial review happened. The other concern is how the host offers money for getting high ratings, if I'm not mistaken this is against Bookin.com policies. I'm not saying all the reviews are minuplated but sure there is something fishy here.

Apartment cleanliness and the bed linen

Great location with sea view. Apartment is quite spacious which can easily accommodate 5 people. Free parking inside the building. Wifi worked great. Habib, the attendant was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

The communication and coordination with the staff Mr Habib were smooth and helpful. The location is excellent, right in front of a beautiful sea view, and parking is conveniently available.

unfortunately, the room provided did not match the specifications shown during booking. Instead of a proper bed, I had to sleep on a mattress, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was below standard — the floor was dirty, and the kitchen had insects, which made the stay even more unpleasant. For the price and rating advertised, the cleanliness should be much better.
