The basement where one bed is located is not air conditioned. The futon in the main bedroom is not suitable for an adult. The cabin does not accommodate 7 adults comfortably. I was very frustrated with how the issues presented were handled by the owner and management company. I was not satisfied with the resolution provided. Extremely poor commutation and professionalism.
