Highland Place has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom with a shower. The living area has a comfortable couch that could sleep one extra person if needed and a flat screen tv with fire stick access. The game area features a foosball table and games for the family to enjoy. If you plan to get some work done, there is a workspace with a desk, chair, and wifi access. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal in or just your morning coffee. It also features a small dining table for those family board games or enjoying breakfast together.

We had a great stay and enjoyed hiking at nearby Whitewater State Park. St. Charles is a quaint little community that feels very safe. This rental is located above a realty office and the owner has done a nice job bringing an older property back to life. It is situated just down the street from Del’s Cafe that is in walking distance and a short drive to Genesis that serves very good Mexican and American food.

Nice, clean, well equipped. Everything you would hope for in your stay. I had one question during our stay and it was immediately answered via text.It was hard to find since the address to the upstairs is technically 833 and the mail box says 831. No where does it say 833. A sign with the “833” or title of the place would be helpful. Or just the description that it is located above the realtor’s office or whatever it was. If they have that in the description already, then I overlooked it. Oh also a microwave would be good.
