About this cabin rental
The log cabin, built in 2012 by the Amish, is located on the Root River Trail. The trail is great for biking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, rollerblading, and walking. The cabin is 2.25 miles from Lanesboro via the trail. To access the trail, you just need to hop on your bike and ride down the road around the farmhouse.
The cabin is located on Hwy 250 3.75 miles by car north of Lanesboro with scenic bluff views. It is fully-furnished including two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen bed. There also is a futon and bunk beds.
This is a complete house with everything you need, except food. Enjoy the scenic bluff views while sitting out on the covered porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There is plenty of room to bring family or friends or just a loved one to enjoy a romantic get away.

Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Great covered deck. Accessibility to the bike trail was nice. Highly recommended!

Pros: easy access to the bike trail, prompt responses from hosts.Cons: this is a two bedroom cabin, not four. Only two bedrooms have doors; the other two beds are in a loft and the basement family room, so not private.
