Welcome to our spacious, well-equipped studio in the heart of Paris, near Gare Montparnasse. Enjoy a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large TV, and a dining table. Ideally located, the studio is close to numerous restaurants, cinemas, bars and shops, and offers a haven of peace overlooking a quiet courtyard. Perfect for your business or leisure stays. Linen and consumables are provided.

Discover the charm and comfort of our spacious studio, nestled in the heart of Paris, very close to Gare Montparnasse. This haven of peace overlooks a quiet, peaceful courtyard, offering you a bubble of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Paris.
The elegantly furnished main room is equipped with a TV for your evenings of relaxation, and offers a complete linen set (sheets, comforter cover, towels) as well as complimentary consumables such as coffee, tea and bottled water. Plenty of storage space makes for an organized, clutter-free stay.
Guest Access:
Keys to the apartment are available at a secure, 24-hour locker located just 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. You will receive detailed instructions 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, allowing you easy, independent access to the apartment at any time during your stay.

A great, small apartment for a few days in Paris. It's sparse and only fits 2 people. If you're going to be out all day and only there to sleep and rest, this is the perfect apartment. No bells and whistles so don't expect much but it's clean and comfortable.
