Superbe localisation. Apt confortable malgré la canicule due à la présence de fenêtres en vis à vis. L’autre très bonne nouvelle: divan lit est très confortable! J’y retourne certainement à mon prochain voyage à Paris!

Tout d’abord l’accueil de Jean-Michel et des deux femmes de ménages, tout en convivialité et en sympathie ! Ensuite l’appartement, typiquement parisien, confortable, propre et bien équipé.
Les 4 étages sans ascenseur ! 😉

It should be clearly listed that is a fourth floor without lift. It is fairly demanding climb a number of times each day

Very well located, the appartment is on an upper floor with a nice view on the courtyard, nice and calm all day, beautiful lights at night from the houses nextdoor. Lots of light in the living room. The bedroom is on a very quiet street at night. Very comfy bed. Clean and comfy sheets. Very cute bedroom. Functionnal bathroom. Responsive owners.
Keep in mind that Paris is an old town and that spaces are small. Also very few old buildings have an elevator. Aside of this, we noticed that some plug sockets were broken or not functionnal. Some lamps have a white light, a yellow light bulb would be more comfortable. The bed was a bit small for the two of us. A hook to hang up the towel would be great in the bathroom. Be aware that you cannot properly close the door of the toilets.
