When getting to the home the neighborhood was nice and quiet, home was very clean and well laid out. The only negative I would say that grass wasn't cut but all the neighbors were cut.

House was scrupulously clean and in excellent shape. The back porch was my favorite room. We spent our evenings enjoying the cooler air while sipping g tea and relaxing.
